Jardineto Bistro Restaurant is located at Rua Luciano Gallet, 75, Vargem Grande - Rio de Janeiro. The site is there www.jardineto.com.br and telephone (21) 2428-1053. Going by Sacarrão Road (same goes for Don Pascual ), is the second street on left.
To preserve the privacy of the guests, the restaurant keeps the gates closed if there is a parking lot in back of the restaurant. It is a place with few tables (holds 40 people inside the restaurant and 20 outside, near the garden), so well booked. It is recommended to make reservations before going to avoid getting there and not have more places available.
The inside of the restaurant has Jardineto aspect of a residence, intimate and decorated with pottery, paintings and old family portraits. It has air conditioning and is ideal for those who want to enjoy a romantic place, because there are tables that are isolated in a single environment.
On the side next to the garden is the feeling of being in a varande site (farm) and close to nature. The feeling is at least reassuring, and welcoming. The songs that touch the quiet bistro complete the air of serenity that exudes in place.
We arrived on a Saturday and so the restaurant opened. We were the first to arrive there that day and the service was unique for us. We were very well attended by Washington and the food arrived in record time. The portion of mixed pastel arrived in about 5 minutes and shoulder of lamb (amazing by the way) was served in less than 30 minutes.
Highlights for the brie pastry that was excellent. The palette of lamb was also excellent and provides for three people to eat quietly. The value is approximately R $ 110.00. Comes served with white bean stew, rice, manioc flour and apple jelly. The combination of ingredients is an explosion of sensations on the palate.
We can say that our Saturday lunch was full of refinement, quietness, a top-level restaurant and food spectacular. The downside of Jardineto was only because we observed a non-alcoholic beer and there was not, which in no way affects all other strengths.
I am a driver and work with many tourists in Rio de Janeiro, I'm always taking them ... i could possibly get two courtesies entry for tomorrow, because my wife is my birthday and wanted to take her to the river scene, because she does not know yet ...
